Randy has been a PGA Professional for 32 years. He has completed PGA Business School, and the Professional Development Program required for membership in the PGA.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

My teaching style is a mirror image of Jim Flick.
I totally agree with his style and approach to golf instruction.

As a manager of a teaching program, I do not try to dictate how other PGA instructors conduct their lessons, but try to impart an attitude and atmosphere that is conducive to learning. Golf lessons should be fun and every effort should be made to ensure the students are comfortable with their surroundings.
There are three categories of golfers with whom instructors interface. It is the responsibility of the instructor to properly evaluate the students’ abilities and structure the lessons to meet individual requirements.
